〇Cancelling Reservations
Reservations can be cancelled or changed online. To cancel on the day of your reservation,
please contact us by phone.

〇Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations by customer request.
| 10 to 3 days prior to reservation | 30% |
|---|---|
| 2 days or 1 day prior to reservation | 50% |
| Day of reservation | 100% |
Note: Customers who repeatedly cancel on the day of their reservation may be prevented from making future reservations.
〇Late Arrivals for Reservations
If you will arrive after your scheduled reservation time, let us know as soon as possible.
Customers who are more than 15 minutes late may have their reservation time moved back.
Depending on reservation availability, latecomers’ reservations may also be cancelled.
In such cases, the cancellation fees stated above apply.
